Colesy

Colesy has strep, again, and when she got home from Grammy's today, she made a little 'nest' for herself.  She looks all snuggled in, unfortunately, she got it 'perfect' just minutes before bed time.  Poor baby! Hope she feels better soon.

Craft day

Colesy made herself a beard and mustache and then put on the silly little top hat and made me smile.  I love her!

And Shelby made a short neck giraffe.  He's so cute!

New TV

We had the winning bid at the auction last weekend for the flat screen TV!  We're so excited to have it.  Matt hooked the wii up to it, and has it in its temporary home until the TV unit we have being built is ready.

My sick-o

So, Thursday, Colesy came to me in the office and said she didnt feel good and sat still on my lap for about 10 minutes and when I said I had to get some stuff done, she said she would lay on the floor - a SURE sign she didnt feel good for real!

She ran a 101-102 fever from Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.  And she was saying that her throat hurt. So, I looked in her throat, and her tonsils looked big, but not red and no white spots.  But, since it was Friday afternoon, I called Uncle Jim and he said he'd call me in some meds for her.

This morning, Shelby was grossed out because she could see the 'bones' in Colesy's throat.  ????  So I took a peek, and sure enough...

They are HUGE and  on the parts that face each other, they are covered in white.  (that would be the bones!)

Glad we got her on an antibiotic already!

And if you look close, you can see that her top tooth has FINALLY broken through.  It only took 8 months!
