Brockway decided to celebrate the 4th on the 3rd this year. It was helpful to me on a personal level. I was able to help make lemonade for HOURS and then still see the firetruck parade and then I went back to the lemonade and made more until the fireworks. 
(Shelby) After the fireworks, we went back to the house where the girls plus Gavin and Gabe did sparklers and had fingerlights.

Shelby and Gavin sharing fire.And then we were able to go to Nelsons for the real 4th, on the 4th. Course by then, we were too tired to stay up for fireworks on the real holiday. whatever.
Had a super fun time with the family: Mom, Dad, Sharilyn, JT, Parker, Krissy, Matt, Shelby, Colesy, Nathan, Jill, Brennan, Emmett, Nelson, Jenn, Emily and Alex. (17 people in one house!!)
